It’s about relationships and fun at the end of the day.

It's monday and I'm back from our annual Windermere Owners Retreat. This year it was in Maui at the Grand Wailea Hotel. We had amazing attendance and had Matthew Ferrara as our keynote, "what a great individual". If Maui, and Matthew wasn't enought we also had some amazing bonding experiences. When I look back on my 18 years with Windermere I have so many fond memories, and what sticks with me the most is how amazing the people are that I have the pleasure of working with day in and day out.
