As a certified Ninja instructor, Michael travels extensively throughout the Western U.S., empowering Windermere owners, managers, and agents to build stronger businesses and achieve work-life balance. Since 2011, he has personally guided over 4,300 professionals through Windermere's Ninja Installation training program.
Michael regularly addresses large audiences on topics such as positive mindset and business growth. He also conducts classes for Windermere Professional Development, focusing on technology, social media, and business development strategies.
In his role as Senior Vice President of Windermere Services, Michael collaborates with Brooks Burton, Jill Wood, and OB Jacobi, leveraging his expertise to support the Windermere network. He is dedicated to helping real estate professionals think innovatively and adapt to the ever-evolving real estate landscape.
Since 2013, Michael has been a driving force behind Windermere Coaching, serving as both Co-Owner and Coach. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in helping agents realize their true potential through personalized coaching services.
